Warranty

Eleonora Vintage Jewelry offers a 60 day warranty period from the date of purchase against damage that is not due to wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase.

Within the first two months after purchase, we will replace side or accent stones that go missing if our expert confirms that the stones or setting were in some way defective. After two months, any missing side or accent stones will be considered wear and tear and can be replaced at the expense of the customer.

Any third-party repairs, resizing or work not done by Eleonora Vintage Jewelry will void our warranty. If your item requires resizing, please send a request to: hello@eleonoravintagejewelry.com. Items resized by Eleonora Vintage Jewelry will remain the two-month warranty right.

If you experience any problems with your purchase please contact us. Be aware that our 60 days warranty is only applicable when a fully filled in warranty card can be shown. Store your warranty card in a safe place.
