Return Process

We hope you love your Eleonora Vintage piece. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the right to return expires for giftcards, items that have been resized, engraved and/or altered by a third party. Items must be returned in their original state, in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us with your “return request” at

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number and order name

• The item you would like to return

• The reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Return shipping costs €9 (insured shipping) and are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with a shipping label, after which you have 5 working days to drop off the package at a PostNL post office.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, the return will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
