Return Policy

We aim to make you smile bright as gold. Is your order not what you expected? Please let us know by sending an email to: info@eleonoravintagejewelry.com for styling advice. Still not satisfied? We offer a 14 days return policy from the day you receive your invoice. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return please send us a ‘request for return’ at: info@eleonoravintagejewelry.com within 14 days of receiving the invoice of your purchase. We will provide you with the information needed to return your purchase. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and security of the shipment. We strongly advise any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method.

We aim to process a refund within 5 working days, this can increase during busy periods. When you cancel the order the reserved funds will be made available to you again. This can take up to 10 working days depending on your payment provider and we’re not able to speed up this process. If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please get in touch

Please be aware that all our products are vintage, which means they are pre-owned and not ‘’new’’. Grannie might wore her ring whilst getting drunk at the party of the year, so don’t expect our items to be spotless. In the end, those imperfections add to the value of vintage!
