Is it possible to make a fitting appointment?

We offer personal one-on-one fitting appointments In Amsterdam and Den Bosch, where you’ll have exclusive access to our newest collection.

During this fitting appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to try on a variety of vintage jewels and receive personalised recommendations. If you wish to try a specific ring from our website or if you are looking for a certain design or gemstone you”ll have the option to let us know during the booking of your appointment.

Is the entire collection available at both the Amsterdam and Den Bosch locations?

Our fitting appointment collection is curated for each appointment based on the preferences shared in advance. This means that you’ll have a selection tailored just for you at either location, so it doesn’t make a difference in terms of collection availability.

How do I know my ring size?

We made that super easy for you with our special ring size tool: a simple and reliable tool to help you quickly determine your ring size from home. Visit our Ring Size page for more information about sizing and how to measure your ring size.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes, we do offer resizing. The resizing option can easily be added to your item on our website. The resizing possibility varies between rings, depending on the setting of the ring . Our resizing information is atelier specific and therefore does not guarantee resizing possibilities at other goldsmiths/jewelers

How long does ring resizing take?

The resizing process typically takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the current workload at the atelier.

Do you offer secured shipment?

Yes, we offer secured (up to €500,-) PostNL delivery (tracked and signed). You can choose this option for secured shipment during the checkout.

Do you offer a warranty?

Eleonora Vintage Jewelry offers a 60 day warranty period from the date of purchase against damage that is not due to wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase. 

Within the first two months after purchase, we will replace side or accent stones that go missing if our expert confirms that the stones or setting were in some way defective. After two months, any missing side or accent stones will be considered wear and tear and can be replaced at the expense of the customer.

Any third-party repairs, resizing or work not done by Eleonora Vintage Jewelry will void our warranty. If your item requires resizing, please send a request to: info@eleonoravintagejewelry.com. Items resized by Eleonora Vintage Jewelry will remain the two-month warranty right.

We specialise in the sale of vintage jewelry, which (due to many different factors) may require special care. Please visit the Care Guide on our website for more information. 

If you experience any problems with your purchase please contact us. Be aware that our 60 days warranty is only applicable when a fully filled in warranty card can be shown. Store your warranty card in a safe place.

Where do you find the vintage jewels?

We work together with trusted partner jewelers and antique dealers who travel the world in search of the most beautiful vintage pieces. Our founder Anna then makes a personal curation of vintage treasures. Her love for intricate details and beautiful materials is reflected in the designs she handpicks for our Eleonora Vintage collection.

How often do you get new jewelry?

We unveil our newest vintage finds at the end of every month. If you wish to be informed when the new collection launches you can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.

 

My purchase is a surprise, is Eleonora Vintage Jewelry written on the outside of the package?

We’ve got your secret covered. We understand that you want to keep the fact that you purchased from our company a secret, so you can surprise your loved ones with a thoughtful gift. That’s why we will make sure your package arrives in plain, unmarked packaging that doesn’t reveal the source. You can trust us to protect your confidentiality – your package will arrive discreetly, ready for you to reveal the surprise to someone special.

The item I want is sold out, what to do now?

Our one-of-a-kind vintage pieces tend to sell out quickly. If you see something you like but it is already sold we would be more than happy to help you find a similar design that fits your personal style.
